Who handles your data
The data controller is Gioel Antoni. For any request, use the contact form on this site.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and the text of your message. Nothing else.
Why
To reply to you, and to organise the work if something comes of it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long I keep it
If nothing comes of it, I delete the message within twelve months. If we end up working together, the data is kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes data on my behalf as a processor. Your message arrives in my email inbox. I don't sell, transfer or share this data with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. There is nothing to accept and no banner to dismiss.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to it being processed. Write to me and I'll do it. If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
