Who handles your data
The data controller is Gioel Antoni. For any request, use the contact form on this site.
What I collect
Only what you put into the contact form: your name, your email address, what you need and how big your company is. Your phone number and the text of your message only if you choose to write them, since both are optional. The form at the bottom of the blog has its own section, further down. Nothing else.
Why
To reply to you, and to organise the work if something comes of it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long I keep it
If nothing comes of it, I delete the message within twelve months. If we end up working together, the data is kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes data on my behalf as a processor. Your message arrives in my email inbox, and a copy goes into the tool I use to keep track of enquiries, hosted on Supabase, also acting as a processor. I don't sell, transfer or share this data with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies: there is nothing to accept and no banner to dismiss. I use Vercel Web Analytics only to see how many people come by. It counts visits in aggregate, without cookies, persistent identifiers, or following you across other sites. Those numbers cannot be traced back to you.
If you suggest a topic for the blog
The form at the bottom of the blog collects only the topic you write and, if you leave it, your email, which I use only to tell you when the post is out. It arrives in my email inbox and does not go into the tool I use to keep track of enquiries. The legal basis is your consent: you can withdraw it at any time by asking me to delete it. I delete the message within twelve months, and the email as soon as I've written to you.
If you book a call
The booking goes through Cal.com, also acting as a processor on my behalf. The link shown after the form passes on the name and email you already typed, so you don't have to type them again, and Cal.com adds the time you pick. Nothing else from the form reaches it.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to it being processed. Write to me and I'll do it. If you think something is wrong, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
